Narciii with Three Damn i's

Tumblr is dumb and I can’t add another picture to my previous post. 

SO here’s a bigger picture, which shows some of the things I like about the outfit. The glows on the maces echo the glows from shaman DPS weapon enhancements - Flametongue and Frostbrand.

The gloves are made of bones sewn together. That’s just awesome.

The whole thing has a Wrath feel to it, like a jungle troll who went to Northrend and encountered Arthas, and could never emotionally move on, even when the battle turned south, reacting to the Cataclysm, to defeating Deathwing.

I feel like using runed weaponry makes some of the runic embellishment from the kilt feel more natural. It’s technically Icecrown Paladin plate.  She might remember her shaman heritage, but it will always be tempered by the things she learned from the Lich King. The spirits will not heed her call any longer, but perhaps she can bind some of their power in her runes, use that to strengthen her necromagics, maybe make them less harmful to her and the earth. Perhaps the natural world has forsaken her, but she has not forsaken it.

I like transmog projects, like making one armor class look like another, or evoking out of the ordinary themes for a class or race. I can’t decide if this one works best with very simple weaponry, or pulling in weapons that are as ornate as the outfit. There’s a lot of detailed pieces, which don’t model viewer well, but I think it all works together. The trolls are not a race that strikes me as minimalist in their ceremonial garb, anyway. 

I’m also working out outfits where I make myself use cloaks. I really don’t like cloaks on female tauren because it hides their tails and the strength of their movements, but there’s no reason I shouldn’t use cloaks on other races.
